Refund policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, with all original tags attached, and returned in its original packaging.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 banking days from the date we receive and inspect the returned item.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the above conditions and requirements have not been met.
